What we collect during your operations of the Product
We may collect certain information that may personally identify you, including but not limited to your name, address and/or telephone number, if you submit such information to us during your registration of your Product unit with us, or during your subsequent communications with us.
We will collect information associated with the operations of your Product unit, including the followings:
- The identifier or your Product unit.
- The timing and the approximate location of each of the operations of your Product unit.
- Certain characteristics of each of the operations of your Product unit such as the languages involved in such operation.
We will also collect the actual input (voice or otherwise) presented for translation and the actual output from the translation in each interaction with your Product unit.
What we collect during your other purchases
We may collect certain information necessary to process your payment from you during your purchase accessories and/or related services to the Product, including but not limited to data plans that will enable you to use certain functionalities of the Product that require mobile network connections, however, we will only use such information for the purpose of facilitating the transaction and will not keep such information any longer than necessary for the transaction.
We may also collect certain information that may personally identify you, including but not limited to your name, address and/or telephone number, during your purchase of such accessories and/or related services, for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase order, and we may link such information to the identifier of your Product unit for the same purpose. Personally information related to children
We will never knowingly collect information that may personally identify a child (for the purposes of this privacy policy, a “child” is one under the age of 18). We will promptly delete any information that may personally identify a child once such information comes to our notice. If you believe that we may have come into possession of information that may personally identify a child, please contact our customer service (please refer to the Section “How to contact us”).

You may at any time request us to delete your personally identifiable information stored with us by submitting a verifiable request to our customer service, and our customer service will promptly comply with your request upon successful verification of your request, unless such compliance with your request may materially affect our abilities to continue providing services to you under existing warranty or otherwise, or may be impractical, or may conflict with our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
We will use your personally identifiable information to respond to any concerns raised by you, to process service requests submitted to us by you, or to identify and fix problems related to your use of your Product unit, or to form de-identified statistical information that we may use internally to improve our business. During such use of your personally identifiable information, we may need to contact you using such personally identifiable information.
We may also use your personally identifiable information to contact you for product survey, new product promotion, and similar purposes. If you object to such contact, please contact our customer service and we will comply with your request upon successful verification of such request.

Such sharing is necessary for the success operation of your Product unit. When we share such information with the Provider, it will not be accompanied with or linked to any information that may personally identify you, and it is our understanding with the Provider that the Provider will only store and use it to the extent necessary for the explicit purpose that underlies that particular instance of sharing. Please understand that we do not control the Provider’s operations and we cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the Provider.
We may share your usage information with the Provider to diagnose and improve your experience with your Product unit. Such sharing may be necessary, for example, to find out why you had a particularly unsatisfactory experience with your Product unit on a certain occasion, and to ensure that such unsatisfactory experience does not repeat itself. When we share such information with the Provider, it will not be accompanied with or linked to any information that may personally identify you, and it is our understanding with the Provider that the Provider will only store and use it to the extent necessary for the explicit purpose that underlies that particular instance of sharing. Please understand that we do not control the Provider’s operations and we cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the Provider.
We will from time to time delete certain of your usage information that has been collected for more than a certain time period from our storage. Please understand that such deletion is generally irrecoverable and we may not be able to help you with specific user experience issues if the usage information connected with such issues has been deleted due to our deletion policy stated herein.
Your content information
We keep your content information, that is, the actual input and output contents involved in the operations of your Product unit, only on our internal servers and/or cloud storage facilities from reputable providers, and with the same protection and care as that we would provide for our sensitive business information.
Even if your content information may contain information, auditory or otherwise, that may be used to identify you or some third party upon inspection or through the use of existing or future technology, we will not attempt to locate, extract and/or use such personally identifiable information from your content information, and we will not treat your content information in any way that may characterize it as personally identifiable information in the normal course of our business.

We employ third party web service providers such as Shopify to provide you with such interactions, and such third party web service providers may or may not track your online activities, and we make no representation or guarantee whatsoever about the occurrence or absence of such behavior on the part of such third party web service providers.
